These sessions should schedule approximately 3.5-4 hours during which Assessment and Planning will lead a discussion focusing on the analysis of data and the master data set for the Division of Student Life and how it applies to your department. This process is designed to challenge assumptions about the students you work with or the programs you administer. Through this dynamic live examination of the data, your questions drive the process and we can get well beyond the standard discussion about our students. Once again through this process Assessment and Planning will take notes and document the session. We will use this data to report patterns and trends that emerge through your questions. You will be able to draw conclusions about your populations or programs and put into place a plan moving forward based on data. Ultimately this will become your annual reporting document for the year.
