Shae is a strategist and assessment professional whose work focuses on improving learning, brainstorming solutions and making data make sense. Her work has resulted in the creation and implementation of programs, the realignment of processes, the creation of policies and more. She is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives through her work. This is evident throughout her long career in banking and education, as she always landed in roles focused on managing change and making data-driven decisions. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Business Administration at Hampton University, which aligns with her undergrad degree from Auburn University at Montgomery (BSBA) and graduate degree from Faulkner University (MBA).
Zac is a graduate assistant for the Division of Student Life in the Strategic Planing and Assessment department. He completed his undergraduate degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from the University of Alabama in December of 2021 and is now completing his MBA through the Manderson Graduate School of Business. Zac enjoys using his technical skills and abilities to analyze data and execute valuable solutions to improve student life.
Miguel is a senior from Huntsville, AL majoring in Economics with a concentration in Econometrics. He is a member of the 2022 Blackburn Institute Class as well as various other professional development organizations here at UA. His interests in statistical analysis and model development have been enriched during his time here at Strategic Planning and Assessment. He has been a member of Student Life since 2019 and has cultivated vital knowledge that he hopes to bring into the workforce post-graduation.
