Demonstrating a fervent commitment to making a positive impact on individuals' lives, Shae has consistently navigated roles centered around change management and data-driven decision making throughout her extensive career in both banking and education. Presently, she is actively pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration at Hampton University, aligning with her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery (BSBA) and her graduate degree from Faulkner University (MBA).

As a dedicated analyst, I specialize in translating wellbeing data into actionable strategies, fostering positive changes for a thriving campus environment. With a unique blend of expertise in public health and student wellbeing, I provide a distinct perspective on assessing and enhancing overall student health and wellbeing. My mission is to contribute to a vibrant campus community that amplifies the student voice and prioritizes student wellbeing through informed decision-making. In addition to my analytical role, I have actively contributed to the field through numerous publications, demonstrating a commitment to advancing knowledge in higher education and student life. I have also held leadership positions on national committees and participated in collaborative think tanks, further solidifying my dedication to shaping the future of student wellbeing on a broader scale.
