Shae is a dedicated strategist and assessment professional with a primary focus on enhancing learning, devising innovative solutions and translating data into meaningful insights. Her efforts have led to the development and execution of various programs, process realignment, policy creation and more. Demonstrating a fervent commitment to making a positive impact on individuals' lives, Shae has consistently navigated roles centered around change management and data-driven decision making throughout her extensive career in both banking and education. Presently, she is actively pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration at Hampton University, aligning with her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery (BSBA) and her graduate degree from Faulkner University (MBA).

Li is an Assessment Specialist with a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Management from Seton Hall University who focuses on assessment, program evaluation and educational research. Driven by a passion for diversity, involvement and data visualization, his dedication lies in employing these abilities to support data-driven decisions within the University of Alabama’s Division of Student Life. Through his expertise, he aims to contribute to an inclusive campus culture that fosters equitable opportunities for student success.

Delynne holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Alabama and a Master's in Public Health from East Stroudsburg University. As a dedicated analyst, I specialize in translating wellbeing data into actionable strategies, fostering positive changes for a thriving campus environment. With a unique blend of expertise in public health and student wellbeing, I provide a distinct perspective on assessing and enhancing overall student health and wellbeing. My mission is to contribute to a vibrant campus community that amplifies the student voice and prioritizes student wellbeing through informed decision-making. In addition to my analytical role, I have actively contributed to the field through numerous publications, demonstrating a commitment to advancing knowledge in higher education and student life. I have also held leadership positions on national committees and participated in collaborative think tanks, further solidifying my dedication to shaping the future of student wellbeing on a broader scale.
