We ask for approximately seven hours to meet with your key departmental staff and we establish a strategic process for data collection and analysis. Following this daylong session Assessment and Planning will document your annual reporting plan and provide any data analysis outlined based on the timeframes established. We will provide you with prompts throughout the year on when data should be collected and submitted. Essentially, you give us a day and your assessment plan and reporting will be done for the year.
